At LHD Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
